2026 WellBatavia- Exhibitor/Vendor Agreement

1. I hereby consent to the collection and use of my personal images by photography or video recording. I acknowledge these may be used on the WellBatavia website, social media and in e-newsletters and publications. I further acknowledge that my image may be used by the WellBatavia Committee and media to promote future events.

2. Setup starts at 7am on Saturday, June 20. Exhibitor agrees to have display completely setup by event start at 8am.

3. Breakdown begins Saturday at 12:00pm. If you need to breakdown early you must contact Sarah Greenhagen at sarah@catalystpts.com to arrange appropriate booth placement. If you do not, you will not be invited to return to the next fair.

4. Outdoor exhibitors will be provided a 10x10 piece of earth. Exhibitor agrees to bring own table, chairs, tent, and weights for their booth.

5. Deadline for applications is Friday, June 5, 2026.
